Cancellation & Membership Terms

We want the K9 Collective to feel supportive, transparent, and respectful of everyone’s time and commitment — including ours. Please read the following carefully before joining.

Membership Structure

The Dogsercise K9 Collective runs as a 12-month guided journey, with members progressing through themed content together as a cohort. Enrolment opens once per year and closes at the end of January.

Members may choose from monthly, quarterly, or yearly payment options, each with different billing and cancellation terms outlined below.

Monthly Membership

  • Billed on a recurring monthly basis.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing month.
  • You will retain access until the end of the paid month.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing month.

Quarterly Membership

  • Billed every three months in advance.
  • Quarterly payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
  • If you cancel, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current 3-month billing period.
  • No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
  • Access remains active until the end of the paid quarter.

Yearly (Upfront) Membership

  • Billed once upfront for the full 12-month Collective cycle.
  • Yearly memberships are non-refundable once payment has been made.
  • This option offers the best value and reflects a full-year commitment to the Collective.
  • Access is provided for the full 12-month programme, regardless of attendance or participation level.


The number of classes you can book per month is unlimited.

A small fee of 10€ applies to webinars.

All resources in the Collective Facebook group are free and the resource library will grow over time.

Once you joined, you'll receive an email with the invitation to our Facebook community and the K9 Collective schedule to book into your classes.

Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult during classes.

Live sessions, workshops, and Q&As are not guaranteed to be attended live.
Where possible, recordings will be provided. Access to live or recorded content is not grounds for a refund.

The value of the Collective lies in ongoing access, guidance, community support, and resources, not attendance at any single session.

We understand that life happens. In exceptional situations (e.g. serious illness or unforeseen hardship), please contact us directly.

While refunds are not guaranteed, requests will be considered case-by-case with fairness and compassion.
